With the rapid changes in education and knowledge which are drastically shared globally, what we are learning today may be a far different from tomorrow. But there are ways on how we can address those dilemmas; by providing an advanced way of learning and teaching, students can attain the quality education they deserve.
Diwa Learning Systems Inc, with the promise of being a catalyst to raise the quality of education in our country, conducted an eLite Internship program last May 2-7 at Tanauan, Batangas. The eLite Internship Program is already on its fourth year of providing intensive training to young professionals in a multi-faceted e-Learning environment. The program is designed to train Education, IT, Computer Science, and other related courses whose interest lies in educating young minds through the use of ICT.

The 43 greenhorns went through an intensive training on how they could access and generate Genyo, its different features and function, how to implement different Genyo programs specially crafted for the client schools and most importantly, how they could integrate the system inside the classroom and build the so-called classroom of the future.



But then again, the training doesn’t end on mental aspect alone. The physical, professional, and social aspects of the trainees were also honed through various programs especially crafted by Diwa’s Training team. Some of the programs were Team-Building activities, Night activities, Power of Appearance, and Situational Leadership.



After the weeklong training, the interns had to undergo an On-the-Job training through the Summer Teacher Training Program that DIWA provides to its client schools just before the school bells start ringing. The aspirants were assessed based on their actual performance, work ethics, and training skills. Divine Light Academy Molino Learning Integration Specialist Kristine Gonzales also shares about her eLite story. Kristine says, “I feel happy, I feel proud and fulfilled, that at least I have done those things and even exceeded it. Plus the fact that I learned a lot; we learned those things that we haven’t experienced before.
