For School Year 2012 – 2013, Sta. Rita de Cascia Parochial School held its first supreme pupil government election online through the use of Genyo e-Learning. Traditional ballots were set aside as students voted their future school leaders through the use of tablets.

Sta. Rita de Cascia Parochial School is one of the forward-looking schools to embrace e-Learning as part of their instructional resources.

Through the collaboration of the DIWA team and the administration of Sta. Rita de Cascia Parochial School headed by its principal Mrs. Vivian dela Pena, the students had a first-hand experience of how is it to vote online. The voting was made possible by using one of Genyo’s features, the Online Survey.

Time was also saved as results were instantly generated in a click of a button.
