AUGUST 2011 – Grade School teacher Remy Cerezo from Don Carlo Cavina School was awarded as G-Tech Savvy teacher of the year as recognition of her active participation in the recently conducted Genyo Demo Fest: A month of Genyo classes through Frontal Delivery.

The G-Tech Savvy teacher award is given to the Genyo teacher who was able to maximize the integration of Genyo in his / her classroom instruction by incorporating different resources: Genyo tutorials and activities, uploaded files, educational websites, HTML pages, Online Survey, Online Tests, and Genyo Games. A larger percentage of judging also goes to the teacher’s active use of Genyo using Frontal Delivery.

Cooperation with Learning Integration Specialist Emmelyn R. Carilla, initiative to make reservations at the Genyo laboratory, and excellent integration of Genyo to almost all of her lessons and discussions are just some of Ms. Cerezo’s strategies that led for her to become the G-Tech Savvy teacher.

“It has always been easy to Genyo classes through frontal delivery. It’s complete with all the ready-made lessons and tests, plus, it has a beautiful collection of activities in multimedia setting wich makes learning extra fun,” says Ms. Cerezo.
