October 22, 2011 –To celebrate the Teacher’s Month, students from
Themed as “Ang Teacher kong Henyo!,” this virtual poster-making activity called the e-Poster Challenge provides an avenue for students to artistically express how much they honor and value their teachers just in time for the Teacher’s Month. Students used Microsoft Paint for creating posters then uploaded them through Genyo’s Offline Homework feature.
The contest, which has two categories namely Primary levels (Grades One to Three) and Intermediate levels (Grades Four to Six) were both facilitated by Diwa Learning Systems Inc’s Learning Integration Specialist Emmelyn R. Carilla. E-Poster entries were judged by Activity Coordinator Mark Zion E. Bonda and Arts Teacher Dainah A. Genton.


Arts enthusiasts really enjoyed the experience in such that the contest paved the way for them to unleash their creativity and show it to a wider audience. “I am thankful that I had a part in this contest. It is helpful for us in developing aesthetic control, creativity, and good color combination,” said 1st place winner Mary Lanelle Ballado.
