Genyo Students Get New Study Buddies The company behind trailblazing e-learning product Genyo does it again. Always thinking of what will make learning fun, Diwa Learning Systems introduces new study companions for elementary students for school year 2010-2011.
Filipin, Carlo, Jun and Mags will try to make learning HEKASI or Heograpiya, Kasaysayan, Sibika (Geography, History and Civics) and Filipino a little bit more fun for our young learners.
According to Diwa Executive Director Jose Maria T. Policarpio, the new study buddies were introduced to get students more interested in learning these very important subject matters.
"New technologies like social networking and texting have given the power for students to tune out or tune others out when they feel it is not interesting enough. We do not want these to happen in class so we are constantly trying to find ways to excite and engage them in their lessons," says Policarpio.
Genyo is the banner product under Diwa's Superior Learning Experience (SLE) brand. Genyo carries with it the full experience of having a fully ICT integrated classroom learning experience with its very interactive modules.
Genyo is developed in partnership with Marshall Cavendish Online of Singapore. Aside from HEKASI and Filipino, it also features English, Math and Science.
These subjects are delivered online, so study buddies Filipin, Carlo, Jun and Mags are there to help students study 5 days a week, 24/7 and anywhere there is internet connection.
Other products under the SLE banner include the Digital Scholastic Enhancement Materials (SEM) Edition, interactive learning portal www.diwalearningtown.com (DLT) and 3rd Generation (3G) Textbooks.
