Philippine educators discover the benefits of e-Learning Following its successful first nationwide launch, Diwa Learning Systems prepares for the second wave of "Discover Genyo," a program that exposes educators to the benefit of integrating ICT in education.
"More than 100 schools are targeted from all over the country" says Diwa Executive Director Jose Maria T. Policarpio.
"Discover Genyo" gives free training to elementary and high schools on ICT integration plus a free trial program of Genyo e-Learning management program, a fully integrated program that will let educators experience the maximum benefits of using technology in learning.
One class from each school is given free Genyo access as well as training program on ICT integration in the classroom.
Genyo is an online e-learning management program that allows students and teachers to access their Science, Math, English, Filipino and Araling Panlipunan lessons through the internet. Genyo uses creative and multi-media contents such as interactive quizzes, charts, colorful graphics, animations, video and audio clips to make learning exciting and engaging. It is also a fully integrated system that removes a lot of hassle in ICT integration.
